Forge Wood Cricket Club was founded in 2021 by neighbours who wanted one simple thing — good cricket with good people, right on our doorstep. We play out of the recreation ground in Forge Wood, and the kettle's always on.
Born in Forge Wood, for Forge Wood. Team-mates are neighbours, friends and family.
Social cricket means exactly that. Turn up, have a laugh, hit a few — the result is a bonus.
We mean it. Complete beginners get coached, seasoned players get competitive overs.
